Commemorative Pheasant Stamp
This is a Full sheet of 10 1st Year Issue Minnesota
Pheasant Hunting License stamps issued in 1983 by
the MN State Government office for attachment to
hunting license to validate the license for pheasant hunting.
It is the "1891 Centennial 1981
Introduction of Pheasants to the United States."
The back reads:
"Commemorative Stamp Issued by
Minn. Assoc. of Farmers,
Landowners & Sportsmen.
Proceeds to be used to help fund
ongoing programs devoted to
improving wildlife habitat.
For membership application write:
490 No.Snelling, St.Paul,MN 55104"
Each stamp on the sheet has the 1983 face value of $5.
Each full sheet is NEW,MINT-NEVER HINGED and
are numbered in lower left corner of sheet.
Original Gum and New, complete,clean & intact.
One sheet measures 4.5" x 7.75".
