James Ellworth Rainerson, 63, was reported missing on May 15. He had last been seen on May 12 in Cabot, driving his black 2008 Ford pickup. He was apparently on his way to the Walmart in Heber Springs, where he planned to pick up medication.

On Wednesday, a witness reported seeing a black Ford truck parked in a rural part of White County. The truck has since been confirmed as belonging to Rainerson. Skeletal remains were also found at the scene, but they have not yet been positively identified.

We don't know how long God will allow us to walk on this earth. What matters is how we have lived - how we have touched others lives with our love, kindness, actions, joy. Thanks, Jim, for touching my life - many times you brought laughter, hope, light when I saw darkness. I'm proud to call you my Brother-in-law. May God give you rest and peace.

To my family, I'm sorry I can't be with you now but know I'm with you in spirit and prayer.
