TODAY IS A GIFT
Many people will walk in and out of your life, But only true friends will leave footprints in your heart To handle yourself, use your head; To handle others, use your heart. Anger is only one letter short of danger. If someone betrays you twice, it is your fault Great minds discuss events; Small minds discuss people. He who loses money, loses much; He who loses a friend, loses much more; He who loses faith, loses all. Beautiful old people are works of art. Learn from the mistakes of others You can't live long enough to make them all yourself. Friends, you and me ... You brought another friend ... and we started our group ... our circle of friends ... and like a circle ... there is no beginning or end ... Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is mystery.
Today is a gift.

Kathy Rako Nassif we were best friends in High School, spent 3 years in Home room together, went to football games at North High School together, hung out at each other’s homes, baked a pizza at my house and the crust was so hard I broke my tooth on it... lol... cruised to Porky’s on the weekends, double dated, were witnesses at each other’s weddings, saw me through some rocky spots in my life, saw each other through our first pregnancies, became my daughter Tracy’s God Mother when she was a month old. Her husband Thom was my mom and dad’s mailman for years. Our roots go back a long, long, way. I moved to CA in 1970 and we sent each other Christmas cards every year and watched our families grow from afar. Then we reconnected on Facebook several years ago. I wish I would have been able to spend time with her, but we had to settle to continue our friendship on the internet which we did. I miss you Kathy and I am praying for comfort for your family. You are happy, healthy and with the Lord... what a great place to be. I will see you in person again some day. Love you! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ 😢

My Grandma's Memorial Service is June 9th!! If anyone would like to come or has questions please message me, Tammy Nassif, T.j. Nassif, Scott Nassif, or Melanie Frigaard!!
...It still kills me to put those two words together... "Grandma's Memorial"...I knew someday it was bound to happen but I guess I just wasn't ready for that "Someday" to be NOW, I have so much more I wanted to learn from her. So many life events I needed her here for. 😔

She was much too young. I can’t believe this is happening. She was my very best friend. I have wonderful memories of the times I shared with her and will cling to those. She is my daughter’s God Mother and she was my witness when I married my husband in 1970. I was hers when she and your grandpa got married. She will always hold a special place in my heart. ❤️ 😢
