What is NOT Subject to Minnesota Sales Tax
All orders shipped to addresses outside of MN by West St Paul Antiques by known common carrier are NOT subject to State of Minnesota sales tax.
Buyers submitting a legitimate Sales and Use Tax Permit or a Tax Exempt (Non-Profit) Certificates are exempt from Minnesota sales tax.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES: The calculation and payment of any applicable taxes, duties, tariffs, etc., are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
