All Images/Photos that was questionable has been removed from the West Saint Paul Antiques website. After being notified by PicRights Ltd and then by Higbee & Associates.

All Exhibits and Claim Numbers are noted on all web page tags. Plus all links that were there has been replaced with the original information. If the link(s) were not working at that time. I tried to replace them with the actual photo in question by your law firm. If the image(s) was not available I then linked the web tag(s) to material or information that would have been there. The best that I could at the time. I may have and I most likely would have also removed photos that look or were similar to the photos in question at that time, just to be on the safe side and replace them with web tags also.

The image above is an example of what a web page tag looks like. You will find them on various pages on our website. It saddens me to have to remove photos from our website based on these circumstaes but it's the world we live in today educational and informational purposes only means absolutely nothing to certain folks in the world we live in today.

I'm a little confused at this particular point in time.
This letter is really nothing like the other 6 letters.
Is's real brief gets to the point, they just want their money.

The photo was removed from the webpage in June of 2022. Received a letter on February 22nd, 2023 dated February 13th, 2023. This letter was from PicRights International Inc, on a copyright infringement claim. Their client was the Canadian Press reference number: 4094-9680-4118. Asking for $350.00 to be paid. On a photo / image on the West Saint Paul Antiques website. The photo was on one of are Saint Patrick's Day web pages Click here for the web page. The letter goes on say that they made 4 additional attempts by mail, November 14th & 16th, 2022, January 3rd and February 9th, 2023. West St Paul Antiques did not receive those four letters. The return address on the envelope was from DIP out of Wichita, Kansas 67201-3415.
This photo was used for informational and educational with no profit or gain by West St Paul Antiques.

The letter from PicRights goes on to say,

Removel of the imagery alone will not satisfy this issue; we require a payment of $350.00 for past usage of the imagery at issue, even after you have removed the image(s). Payment can be made by contacting us directly.

All of these images were removed from my website WestStPaulAntiques.com but they are still showing up and seem to be connect to my website. All you have to do is key in West St Paul Antiques .com /images/ and the image number and the images will pop up on the internet. Please remove all images permanently from my website and your platform and your server with is tied to Google and the internet as a whole. Please send me instructions once the work is completed, how I can do the same work in the future. Thank You, and I'll look forward to hearing from you.

Once the work is complted, these links will not be working. I checked with Network Solutions today 3/6/2023. They assured me that they are working on the problem and it should be corrected in a day or so. I'll check on it in a day or so and get back to you.
