Our sincere condolences for your loss. Sorah was a really good friend with a great open heart and ready to help. She was very kind and smart. We enjoyed talking to her. 30 years ago we emigrated from USSR and came to Minneapolis. She was our English teacher. She was a great teacher and helped us so much to integrate in the American life and society. We will miss her badly and feel sorry for the family,
Sincerely, Boris and Mila

I was so saddened to learn of my 'old' friend SANDY WALDER's death. We were such good friends growing up and kind of went on our own ways later. However every time I would see her (in our adult world) - she was the epitome of happiness, positive energy and outlook. In a wheelchair, she had decorated with such fun artifacts, she would always be smiling, positive and optimistic. She left a wonderful legacy to her family. Rest in peace, my 'old' dear friend, 'Sandy'. Pearl (Strauss) Berdass

My deepest condolences to Sorah's family and friends. She was an amazing woman and a dear friend to my grandmother Noyme Blum. Every time I saw her over the years, she had a huge smile and many words of wisdom and insight that always resonated with me. She will be greatly missed.

Dear Amy and family, My heartfelt condolences to you and the family on your mother's passing. I met her so many year ago at Mishpacha when she embodied such effusive positivity. She maintained that optimism throughout her health challenges and created an honorable legacy. I loved seeing her over the years where continued to spread her sunshine. She had a presence that will be greatly missed. May her precious memory give you strength as you navigate the weeks and months ahead. Fondly,

Please accept our sincere condolences. Sorah was a very kind, smart and full of live person. She helped us without even knowing us. We are very sorry to have her gone.
|
My deepest condolences for your loss. I adored this woman and the joy she brought to my children. She will always be remembered with great fondness and the gift of her friendship and love will remain in my heart.
|
Our family was so blessed to have her in our life. Our Shabbat visits would not be the same without a kiss and smile from her, and a hug from one of the stuffies that brought joy to my children’s hearts. And then when it became too difficult for her to make it to services she made sure to tell us she was watching my daughters bat mitzvah on tv even though she could not be there in person. I also miss Fred too! We have lost a beacon of love but I know that her spirit is still smiling upon us. I have a tear in my eye and a smile on my face as I write this. Oh she will be missed. The Hermans.
