McGuire’s Irish Pub first opened in 1977 as a small neighborhood pub in a shopping center. In 1982 McGuire’s moves to its current location; Pensacola’s original 1927 Old Firehouse. Inside the pub you’ll find a turn-of-the-century, New York Irish Saloon themed 615-seat restaurant. "We are celebrated for our atmosphere boasting more than One Million signed dollar bills hanging from the ceilings and walls of the Pub." In 1996, McGuire’s Irish Pub of Destin opened on beautiful Destin Harbor with the same great food and live Irish entertainment.

McGuire’s offers fine Ale’s, Porters and Stouts brewed on premise in traditional oak and copper brewery. Nature and the old-time know-how of a masterbrewer get the job done.
McGuire's currently brew five regular beers and a rotating seasonal. A regular line up includes McGuire’s Light Ale, McGuire’s Irish Red Ale, McGuire’s Porter and McGuire’s Irish Stout. A seasonal selections include Scotch Ale, Honey Wheat, Wild Irish Raspberry Wheat, Belgian Ale, India Pale Ale, Hefeweizen, Extra Special Bitter Altbier and Christmas Ale; just to name a few. McGuire also make a very popular root beer served draft, right out of the keg.

The kids are still here enjoying the stormy weather, but what the heck, it's
still the beach!
Knowing we will be headed home soon my ought a are turning to reunion
planning. Honestly, I don't clearly remember if we set our next committee
meeting. It isn't on my computer calendar.
To better enable Kathy and Ron to attend (given their tax work), I wonder if
we shouldn't look at Wednesday, April 20th.
Any thoughts?
